Whether it’s playtime with interactive toys or snuggling up on the couch, Pekoe thrives on love, attention, and companionship. Pekoe loves people and will happily follow you around, coming when called like the clever boy that he is. He’s a mellow guy who will easily adjust to his new home. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and loves playing and snuggling with his BFF, Tiana. If you're looking for 2 kitties, these two are amazing together and have become very bonded. Tiana keeps Pekoe entertained and they play hide and seek and trill all over their foster home looking for each other. They are much happier together than when they're apart.
Pekoe does have FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but it’s not a big deal! With proper care, FIV-positive cats like Pekoe can live long, healthy, and happy lives.
What you need to know about FIV:
While he gets along wonderfully with other cats and enjoys playing with them, he’d also do just fine as the king of his castle. If you're looking for two kitties, he would make a great pair with his BFF, Tiana!

HART continues to rescue kittens that are young enough to be socialized, and social adult cats, as we provide Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) for community cats. MORE KITTIES WILL BE READY SOON!
The adoption fee for kittens (under 1 year) is $150 each, or $275 for a bonded pair. Adults are $140 each. *Special breeds may have a higher adoption fee. All adult cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, combo tested for FeLV & FIV, dewormed, FVRCP vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. KITTENS ARE BEST IN PAIRS!
